Question about Televison & Video
If you cannot fix the problem using settings then there may be a fault.
Try leaving the TV with power cord disconnected for ten minutes, this will reset the set to factory.
If the picture is very dim, then there may be a collapsed mirror in the light tunnel.
If the picture settings stay too bright or too dark, no matter what you do with settings, then there is a fault in the Black/White kine bias regulation circuit, located on main board.
Ensure that the problem is not related to cables or connected devices.
You may need to contact a technician. In that case I suggest calling the number listed on the owners manual.
