Try phone reset Power off the phone, hold the volume down key and press down the power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds. The phone will power up and shows an exclamatory mark. Then release the button. Press the volume down key, it will display the menu. Choose the menu by press the volume down key. Choose "wipe data/factory reset", press power key to enter in, then choose "delete all user data", press power key to confirm. Wait until it indicates "data wipe complete". Then choose "wipe cache partition", confirm with power key. Wait for a few seconds, the screen will shows "cache wipe complete". And at the last, choose "reboot system now", confirm with power key, then the phone will reboot.

You should have just done a master reset, the best thing is to just go to motorola.com and check your warranty. The only other thing I could suggest is find someone that can reinstall the firmware on the phone. Sorry,I can not explain it to you how to hack this phone,it is not like the old v3. But someone that knows could do it. Worst case is its not under warranty and you have to see which option is better, pay moto for repair,(Ask cost) or grab a new one, or a real cheap phone until you can renew contract. Do not upgrade, you are getting robbed,wait till contract ends.

1) press the * and # and Power button all at once - if the screen fires up with a black screen and some info - then you can flash the phone and hopefully recover it;
2. If the above works - you need to find a flash file and the software to flash it with
first check the the power volts are comming in ur on of key. if not comming check key pad strips. mostly it prob from key pad may be it is not good connected to board or damage during assembling. first unplug it and then re connect
