You can navigate to Device manager, by going to Start - Run - and then type devmgmt.msc.
When you are in device manager, click on Universal Serial Bus Controllers (+) sign.
Right click and select on Unistall on all the USB root hubs, one by one. and restart the notebook at the end.
This may resolve the Issue.
