Question about GE Profile Spectra JGBP85 Gas Kitchen Range
We can't open the warming drawer at the bottom because the broiler pan is wedged in and prevents the drawer from opening. We need to get at it from above. Is there any way to remove the lower burner and the floor of the oven (the shiny steel part under the lower burner) so that we can get the broiler pan out? firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi I have a older GE that the oven won't light. It is a gas range that is electric ignited. The top burners do work but the oven will not light. Is it pricey to have this fixed?

Hello Dan, thank you for your post!
I understand that the bottom drawer of your Electrolux range will not close and it partially open. It is possible that your rail or drawer may be damaged or blocked. I would recommend pulling the drawer out to inspect it. If you pull the drawer out there should be tabs on the side to unlock in order to remove the drawer fully. The model number you have provided is invalid you can locate the model number on the serial tag. The serial tag can be found on the frame of the drawer. I look forward to assisting you. -Matt
