I would suggest that you contact from the vendor that you ordered from. If you ordered it by credit card look at your statement and you might find the phone number for the purchase. Good luck.

Mount delivered to local Post Office Nov 28. I have not received it.

First thing open the box and test the TV to see if it works then contact retailer who you ordered the mount from as the contract for purchase and delivery is with them who YOU ordered it from and tell them to find it and get it delivered or replaced
Also it is not fit for purpose without the mount . ifif you get no joy from them ie the run around like it is the supplier you need to contact get on the phone to your local trading standards office or the CAB as some counties have transferred the readings standards to them

How do I get my money back from a flower delivery company that did not deliver the flowers and is now refusing to give me my money back?

Have they offered anything, or are they simply refusing everything? Do they claim to have delivered the flowers?
If you paid by credit card, you can contact your bank and dispute the charge. That may work for you.

You will have to contact the seller on this one. I have unfortunately seen this before and it is usually a scam. Most likely what you have received is stole property and all that you will receive.

How long for delivery

The order was placed on a Saturday, so it probably wasn't packed for deliverly until today. Also, it depends on where it's coming from, where it's going (distance) and weather may be a huge factor. So is the form of shipment, did you pay for Overnight, or Priority Mail or standard? They should give you a tracking number when your order ships.

It was rather incompetent of Home Depot to set up a delivery of something when they have no stock. It is an unlikely scenario and the truth is they probably did have stock but it was likely "stolen" by another over-competitive salesperson to fill another order in a "deliberate" breakdown in communication. This isn't unusual and is easy to imagine considering there was an incentive to boost the sales of dishwashers in that area.

If you have already paid and part of the reason you bought that dishwasher was delivery and installation could be completed before the end of the year in order to qualify for the incentive, it constitutes a contract. You made a contract with Home Depot and they have broken that contract.
Their Maytag excuses aren't your problem and you should have no interest in them. Your contract is with the retailer and not the manufacturer or supplier.

I suggest you put your complaint in writing providing as much detail as possible and providing names of people you spoke to and times/dates of order, invoice numbers, phone conversations and so forth. Ask for a firm delivery date within a certain time and then say how much compensation you need for the lost rebate and general inconvenience.
Send it to the company managing director or CEO by old-fashioned mail that must be signed for when delivered. Tell them to reply within 14 days and then sit back and wait.

If the company is respectable you will certainly receive some compensation. If the company is not respectable they will do nothing and wait for you to sue, though you will demand your money back and go elsewhere and make it known you will do whatever you can to persuade your friends, neighbours, family, colleagues to do likewise.

you have to cheche thwe message setting of your phone, go to messages- message setting- sending profile- common and turn off the delivery report option, thats it.
