Re: "cycle power"? printer not responding

Try unplugging the printer for an hour from everything (PC and power) then reconnect (that's basically what the message wants you to do).

I do not want to use color cartridge in my hp psc 2410 printer. But without installing this cartridge, the printer is not working

Inkjet printer require both cartridges to be installed and have ink to go online. There is no way to bypass this function. If the printer does not detect the cart when it tries to perform a head clean cycle you get the error you have displayed on the screen. All inkjet printers are like this not just HP.

LCD screen bad on HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet

there are some very rare cases that the lcds of All-in-one printers are like that. i do have some experiences with the lcds that are dead or just black... sad to say though that there are no separate battery for that. you really have to bring that to a service center for the lcd to be replaced. that the only way and your option. Actually, if its still uner warranty, you can have it replaced.

hope this helps.

When I turn on my 2410 printer the hourglass stays on endlessly and something is clicking all the time. please don't say that I have to uninstall a driver, I have this problem even before I connec

Replace the printer. The rom chip is probably trashed and the software isn't loading correctly. Also inkjets are never ever worth fixing any decent tech and the manufacturers will tell you this.

My HP printer spits out a blank page before printing document

I had same problem with hp psc 2410 all-in-one. Finally ran "HP all-in-one Series Web Release Uninstaller version: (3/20/2007) that I had downloaded several years ago. Then plug and play took over and installed the correct driver that Vista kept insisting I already had.

Printer not booting up after power lose.

Hi guys. I had the same problem, but looked at this thread. I guess mine was related to the power, because when I moved my plug from a power strip to a wall outlet, it worked fine.
