I have a Rheem Marathon 105 gal. electric hot water heater. No hot water ....

Check 240 circuit breaker.
Open top cover on water heater and push in ECO red reset button.
If reset button will not reset, then replace thermostat.
If reset is not tripped out, then either upper thermostat is bad, upper element is bad, or water heater might be getting 120V instead of 240V.
If you have some hot water, then best suspect is lower element.

Hot water gets too hot trips off at tank then water gets cool and i push reset button and water gets hot again real hot thentrips off again

It's time to replace your thermostat. Instead of maintaing the correct water temperature, the water is getting so hot it is acivating the safety circuit breaker. If this breaker were to fail, you could have a devastating explosion

Push the reset butom and there's hot water, but about a minute later, hot water stops flowing. If I want hot water, I have to reset it over and over again.

Too many possibilities to solve without being there. If you have to reset it, that means that one of the many safety switches kicked in. Be careful that you don't make it a habit of resetting it without getting it checked, doing so will mostly likely cause a lot more problems.
