If you go to the following link and put in your model number you should be able to download another driver for your router. that should take care of your problem just install the new driver agter downloading it. Let me know how you make out.

Do a search on the internet for the software to open .enc file extensions, download and instal the software then click on that file and you should be able to open it then.

Type Routers ip address in to explorer address bar, that should take you to your routers home page
Is your notebooks ip in range of router?
ie type ipconfig at dos prompt to check ip
ip of router needs to have same subnet mask and default gateway as pc, ip needs to be in range ie all digits the same except last
Most routers have a self set up wizard, run it.

Looks like your ip of your pc is set to the same as your router
Router ip should be something like 24.71.232.1
and your pc needs to be 24.71.232.2 ie last digit must be different.
as for the driver one doesn't run the file one goes to control panel/ device manager/router and updates the driver and point to downloaded file, but I think you problem is ip address
