my hp photosmart c4400 series, when i want to print it will say catrage jam
Problem for Kyocera RI-3530 Black and White Copier

When I turn on the copier, it works till it warms up.
After it warms up though, it will not slide the light bar across to scan
the document.
The light bar repeatedly goes back and forth about half an inch.
That is all it will do until it cools off.
Can you tell me what the problem is?

occasionally on that model it will run continuously looking for toner when it has actually run out.....so check the toner, it does not always indicate toner required
