Question about Televison & Video
The fact that you have audio means the basic power supplies and audio circuits are okay.The problem here is either the video circuits or a high voltage failure.
To isolate the problem, go to the on-screen menu and adjust the brightness to maximum. If the on-screen menu showed up, then the problem is the video processing circuit.
But the on-screen menu did not appear, then high voltage has collapsed.
You may need to ask a repair tech for second opinion.
