I do one load of washing it finishes and then when I put the second load in and switch the machine on it trips the electricity .But if I leave it for the next morning it works fine for only one load again...

At a guess, you have a leak or a damaged seal/insulation around some switch/wire in the washer. Assuming a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupt) breaker, some wiring is getting damp at the end of the washer cycle and triggering the breaker when you try to run a second load. This wiring dries out overnight and thus doesn't trip the breaker on the first load.

To check if the GFCI breaker/outlet, try plugging the washer into a outlet on a different breaker. Use an indoor/outdoor rated extension cord appropriate for the electrical load. If the second circuit is GFCI-protected and the breaker trips, check the machine for leaks or damaged insulation on a wire or several wires. If the lid switch is getting damp, that would stop the machine. The leak or damaged area is probably fairly small since it takes the full cycle to get the breaker to trip. If the breaker doesn't trip, replace the breaker or outlet. Get an electrician to do the replacement if you aren't comfortable doing this.

Alternatively, the washer is overheating and cooling down overnight. I've heard of the inlet water solenoids tripping a circuit breaker when the inlet water lines have clogged screens. Similarly, if the motor is overheating at the spin cycle, you might see this. You can try using a meter to see if the current draw changes during the washer cycle. Alternatively, try start the second load an hour or several hours after the first (just less than the 24 hour pattern you've tested).

I hope this helps.

Intermatic Malibu ML300RTW Transformer Trips curcuit breaker when plugged in. Can I assume that the 4 year old transformer needs to be replaced?

Try the transformer on different outlet.
Move wires inside breaker box to different circuit breaker.
Check is breaker is loose, or makes crackling sound.

LG Washer WM2277HW wont turn on what can I do?

I would try plugging it into a different self dedicated outlet. It also might be the internal plug connection. Use a heavy duty extension cord to see if it works off a different circuit.

Used Beverage-air MT27, trips GFI breaker when I plug it in. I tried to isolate the short - unlplugged the top light ballast, switch, fans... The guy I got it from says to be sure to connect the ground...

I've seen refrigerators that are working fine blow GFI outlets when the compressor starts, usually just change to non GFI outlet for fix. You say its tripping GFI breaker , is there anyway to test it on non GFI breaker?

Using my wet/dry vac - less than 5 hours on the thing - it just stopped - can't get it to switch back on. Tried different plugs - different days. Although I purchased over 2 years ago, it has hardly been...

It may have gotten hot if you went too long before cleaning the filter. It sounds like you may have burnt it up. I hope not! You might also check to see if you tripped a breaker on the electrical panel. Try plugging it in an outlet that is not on the same circuit. If it works in another outlet, then you have just tripped a breaker.

Good Luck!

Blowing main breaker

I have a hard time believing that the home's main breaker is tripping instead of the branch circuit breaker that feeds the microwave. I suspect it is really just a difference in terms. You should disconnect it and try using in another outlet - preferably one on a different circuit if possible. If the breaker continues to trip; this appliance should be disconnected and either be discarded, repaired or replaced before using again.

If the microwave works as expected (on a different circuit), it may indicate the original circuit is overloaded. Microwave overs are supposed to be installed on a dedicated circuit. This means only one outlet is on the circuit - no other loads (lights, appliances, etc.) are permitted on this circuit. A microwave typically requires 10 Amps or more when on "high" and will require a significant portion of the power supplied by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker. There is little unused to power much of anything else. If other appliances go out when the microwave trips the circuit breaker, you should contact an electrician to have a dedicated outlet installed for the microwave.

I hope this helps!

My superba refrigerator recently keeps tripping off the power. I tried swithing to a different outlet but it didn't work (same problem). What is causing this?

well usually several plugs are on the same breaker and just because u use a different plug dont mean u r using another breaker try replacing the breaker and see if this cures the problem breakers sometimes get weak and trip when they need replacing but make sure u put in the same size if it still does it then u have something overamping because of being dirty or clogged up around the fridge or behind it or under it make sure its clean all around and try unplugging a couple of things on the outlets and see if it stops tripping
