Question about Acer Computers & Internet
If you could help it would be really great. I have an acer aspire 5315 laptop and its getting abit slow so i want to reset it to factory settings but do not have the recovery disk, is there anyway i can do it without the disk?
Yes you can use the recovery partition which should be built into the hard drive. press f2 on the bios screen and follow the on board instructions. this will return the laptop to its original factory state. Keep in mind that this is a destructive reinstall of windows and you will lose all data and programs.
make sure you do a recovery and NOT a system restore to earlier date.
hope this helps.
