Question about Televison & Video
It sounds few resistors are not good, devalued around convergence ICs and need to be replaced, specially near hotter IC.
Check near convergence out ICs for bigger resistors (1 watt) that surface color is faded or it looks burned/ cooked, replace them with same value/ ratings.
