Not that is a common issue for a pc with an out dated bios on the motherboard you can go to your pc maker and try to see if there is an update but if there is not you need a card that it can update it self to the card you have may be to recent

Bluetooth peripheral device driver

Sai Ch Krishna,

Depending on the system. The bluetooth would have to have been purchased at point of sale. The wireless and the bluetooth are turned on by a wireless switch on the side of the computer. If needed you can reinstall the drivers. Also, make sure bluetooth is turned on in the bios. Below is more information.
Wireless Switch

Wireless Technology The Latitude D630, D631, and D630c system ships with a wireless feature called the wireless switch. It is located on the left side of the system next to the IEEE 1394 connector. When used in combination with the Dell 38482; Quickset utilities, this switch enables or disables the wireless LAN, wireless WAN, and Bluetooth cards in the system or searches for all wireless networks in range.
To scan for a Wi-Fi wireless LAN, slide and hold the switch in the momentary position for a few seconds. The Wi-Fi Catcher network locator works whether the computer is turned on or off, in Hibernate mode, or in Standby mode, as long as the switch is configured through QuickSet or the BIOS to control Wi-Fi network connections.
Because the Wi-Fi Catcher network locator is disabled and not configured for use when the computer is shipped, it must be enabled and configured through the Dell QuickSet utilities to control Wi-Fi network connections.

Wireless Switch LED Settings
The LED on the wireless switch works even if the system is off. A user can activate the switch and have it scan for networks without going through a complete boot process. The switch can be set to detect for only certain wireless signals, such as WLAN only, WWAN only, Bluetooth only, or any combination of these. This is set in the BIOS under the Wireless section.
The LED indicates the presence of a network as follows:
  • Flashing green - The system is searching for a signal.
  • Green - The system has detected a wireless signal and has good strength.
  • Yellow - The system has detected a wireless signal, but it is moderate to weak in strength.
  • Red - The system failed to detect a wireless signal, or the wireless signal is extremely weak.
Thank You,
Dell-Jesse L

I have a Dell 2400 Desktop that all of a sudden won't access the login screen. It powers on then the hard drive makes noise with the green lights blinking but it then says press F1 to continue but

First thing, check to see if the is a floppy disk in the floppy drive, if so removes this disk. If there was no disk in the floppy drive then it may be a hard disk problem.
Check the BIOS to see if the hard disk is detected, if not open the case and re-seat the data cable on the hard drive and also where it connects to the motherboard disk controller.
If it still gives this error message and the BIOS does not detect this hard drive, then the hard drive is probably faulty.

To get the computer operating again, install a new hard drive in your computer and then install Windows on this hard drive plus the computer's device drivers and your programs.

Setting wrong values in below sections may cause system to malfunction, how fix this

I can't get what exactly you mean by "wrong values" If you mean jumpers, you need to refer the motherboard user manual. If it's with the Bios settings, just remove the bios battery and leave it outside for few mins (max 5 mins) and reinsert, it'll be ok, there should be no more problem with your settings. Good luck..

I cant find the hard drive when i want to install xp on my pc. and i cant play music as there is no sound cut. how can i solve this

Can the BIOS detect the hard drive?
If not then the hard drive maybe faulty and that is why the XP install cannot find the hard drive.
If this is the case then you need a new hard drive.
