Sounds like its getting hot and machine is set to auto restart when turns off unexpectidly remove the auto restart setting and see what happens make sure all fan ports are clean and not blocked in any way

Check if extreme heat emits on the laptop keyboard area, if heat is present then replace the heatsink fan.
If no heat issues. Check how many RAMs you have, remove 1 RAM first and check if you can or system works fine running on 1 RAM only.
If still shutsdown then test RAMs one at a time on each slot.
