Did you replace the tri-colour ink-cartridge, or did you replace the print-head mechanism?

Are you sure that the CYAN part of the ink-cartridge is not empty?

Try print head cleaning first. if standard cleaning does not work perform deep cleaning. If the problem still persist you should replace your print head.

Remove the cartridge. Take a paper towel and dampen it. Place the towel in the microwave and get it really hot. Draw the cartridge head over it 7 to 10 times until ink starts to flow. Now, take a dry paper towel and draw the head over it the same amount of times to make sure it is dry.

Do a deep clean and printhead alignment on your device and then after that try it again and the problem should be corrected already....

You will need a new printhead, QY6-0061-000, runs around $60.00 well worth it for your machine.

got to the store u bought it, get it replace

After all these tests, then it's defective.
Swap out the cartridge before it damages the printer permanently,

1. Get compressed air
2. Run Printhead under HOT water, do not worry about contacts getting slightly wet.

3. Blow compressed air with straw attachment into screens where the cartridge nozzle sits on printhead. then let it sit and dry.

4. reinstall print test page

5. if this fails open paint/photoshop and print a page of the color that is not printing correctly. rinse and repeat until colors flow freely.

I have several ip4300s and I have yet to give up the ghost on a printer with a clog ujsing this method.

have you considered it might be empty and time for a replacement?

clogging in cyan nozzles in printhead. try to clean or deep clean printhead from printer software.
