Canon MP510 inkjet. Cyan not getting to paper at all. Nozzle cleaned and deep clean does nothing. Manually cleaned ink pad entry pad with cotton bud and water. No luck??

Try print head cleaning first. if standard cleaning does not work perform deep cleaning. If the problem still persist you should replace your print head.
Remove the cartridge. Take a paper towel and dampen it. Place the towel in the microwave and get it really hot. Draw the cartridge head over it 7 to 10 times until ink starts to flow. Now, take a dry paper towel and draw the head over it the same amount of times to make sure it is dry.
