Microwave fuses are normally located either on a filter board near where the power cord comes in, behind the control panel between the door switches, or behind the control panel in a hodler, sometimes on the floor of the chassis.
If you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical safety information, info on door switch diagnosis and replacement, and disassembly information at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa.
At our site, we have a video showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
You can find an authorized Panasonic servicer here.
You can order Panasonic parts from Tritronics, but if you don't find what you're looking for there, try here.

If the display is not working, there is a fuse inside the cabinet. You will need to take the unit down from the wall and open it up.
Chances are, either the controller board has failed, or something having to do with the magnetron, transformer, diode or capacitor (the microwave circuit.). More likely it's the controller, as when the microwave circuit fails, the display usually continues to display.
ALWAYS REPLACE THE FUSE WITH A FUSE OF THE SAME RATING!

In all likelihood the mangnetron has failed, or perhaps even the Power Supply. or a fault that is shutting the system down for safety reasons You need to have it serviced by a reputable service centre/man.
Ensure you get a firm "Quote" before proceeding, and remember these days the cost of repair can equal or exceed the price of a new one.

you have to remove the cover, un-plug the power cord=
un-screw the screws located behind the unit and on the sides if any also under side if any, remove cover and you will locate the fuses and other components behind the key pad, also check slow blow or thermal fuse usually located on top of oven. NB: HIGH VOLTAGE COMPONENTS PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!!!!
