Question about Haier BC112G Wine Cooler

My bc112g wine cooler compressor keeps running. I purchased a RF-7350-55 thermostat and am unable to locate it on the wine cooler. Do you know where it is located?

The probe runs up about an inch and a half way up the back and then up the side. It looks like it goes into the plate above the compressor which is a solid piece. The inside of the fridge is solid mold so don't see anyway to access it.

The probe runs up the back and then up the left side of the cooler. Looks like it goes into the solid plate above the compressor. The inside of the cooler is solid mold so there is no way to remove it, and there is no way to get the plate off unless the compressor and everything else is removed. Do the sides come off to reveal access to the thermostat??

Hi, if you are unable to see a control knob inside the cooler, you will need to look for a panel maybe below on the bottom face, or on top if there is a panel there, and I have seen them in the rear mounted to where you can remove a panel and locate it. They do this on commercial boxes to keep employees from playing with the temperature. Like the Penn A-19 stat, they hide them, but are accessible. Please keep me posted, as you will locate it outside this box. Best of Luck,

Cooler constantly runs

It sounds like it could be a thermostat problem. If it is a faulty thermostat, you will have to replace it as it will burn out the motor (compressor).

It just stopt cooling (wgersdorf@yahoo.com)

Hello,

Turn the temperature dial to the lowest temperature setting. Wait 24 hours for the wine cooler to reach the desired temperature. Also, turn the wine cooler off and inspect the fan. If the fan if it's running or not.

Lastly, check the compressor.

These are the areas that could make your wine cooler stop cooling; the temperatue settings (Thermostat), then Fan and the compressor.

Check these three areas and let me have a feed back.

Bye for now.

My Hair 12 bottle wine cooler quit cooling. what is the main cause?

Possible bad thermostat. Bypass the thermostat wire to run the compressor. If the compressor start, replace the thermostat. On the other hand if the compressor is running, and there is no cooling; there is a leak and all the refrigerant probably escaped. If it is the case, you need to call serviceman and have him evaluate the wine cooler for possible repairs. P.S. The serviceman may charge a fee for evaluating or estimating the cost of repairs.

Inside rear is icing up on Heir wine cooler

Surprised you don't get an "LL" error code for being too cold. Replace thermostat RF-7350-59 first, motor control next. Service manual out of print.

Can't change the cooler's temperature? the temperature reads LL and its very cold.

LL is an error code which means that it is too cold. Surprised that it didn't freeze something. Problem is likely the thermostat ($15 - RF-7350-55) or motor control board ($50 - RF-0668-04).

Haier wine cooler freezes the wine.

You may find that the thermostat is not working. Try to turn the thermostat to the warmest setting, the compressor should switch off within two hours, if not change the thermostat.

That thing that's beeping...it is the circuit board. It is telling you that it wants a new cousin to live in your house. Replace it.
