Envelopes and font

I figured this one out myself.  I checked Microsoft site to see if it was a
problem with "Word", no luck there.  I went to Lexmark's tech' support page.
It acknowledged the problem and gave two options.  Neither worked.  Here is
what I did.
Start / Settings/ Printers/  Right Click on printer/ select Properties/
select Printer Settings tab/ select Change/ on the Quality-Copies tab, on
the bottom far right Select the "print color images in black & white".
I then went back to Word and printed envelopes with no further problems.
