If you bought it at a store and its not over its 30 day return, return it back to the store and get a new one if you can.

How come nothing pops up on my pd-6070 mp3 player when I try reseting it or turning it on?

Hi surinderchan,

This might be due to the condition of your mp3 player. if it has been used too much or has been dropped either once or twice this issue is possible.

you have tried reseting it and turning it on?
the issue could also be that you have over charged it just like any other Mp3 player i would suggest for you to leave it off for a couple of days, maybe even weeks and give it another try. if nothing still works then i would recommend for you to bring your mp3 player to an electronic store and ask them for help with your issue.

i hope this helps.

My mp3 say system is protected it starts up the same i had the sam problem 2 years ago i can plug it in to my compter and play music off of it but it wont let me paly it on the go how can i fix it plz

If it is charged, use a small paper clip or pin and carefully press it in the holed marked 'Reset' on the back of the player. Try to turn it on again. If it still will not turn on, click this link --> PD-6070 Recovery software. This will take you to a firmware update for your player. Firmware upgrade will erase all data and media on your player. Please backup the data and media to your PC before the upgrade. You must be connected to the internet to do this procedure.
Download and install Player Update <--Click this link to download the software

My mp3 player cannot be reformatted

@ lady_virienn

Go to the Mymusix website and download the player update utility(located here: )
install it, then use these instructions
Starting at step 9.

I never got it to actually complete the update process, but it did format it, which solved the problem.

It does nothing

My son's is the same exact model and did the same thing...absolutely nothing. I finally took the end of a paperclick and poked it into the tiny little "reset" hole and it immediately turned on again.

Recharging mp3

Whenever the PD-6070 is connected to a PC, it will charge. The battery indicator on the OLED screen will slowly fill over and over as it is charging. When the charging is complete, the battery indicator will stay filled.

Mp3 STUCK!!!

Try pressing the reset button at the back of the player with a bent paper clip. It is a tiny hole labeled reset. You shouldn't loose your music.
