You are possibly using the wrong code.

It usually begins with M++++++

Radio will not accept code after garage had to start car with jump lead.Problem/solution?

I am assuming that someone has already tried to enter wrong codes and your radio is possibly semi-locked.

Try the following:

1...Try disconnecting the radio (or fuse) , leave it for 20 minutes, reconnect it then try and enter the code.

2...If it still does not work , leave it SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as possible (or until it resets) This can be up to 24 hours or more

Make sure you have the correct code

I can't get the on-hold music to work for our 7731

There could be a number of reasons and it depends on your phone system.

In a TA series, you need to turn on Music (program 111). Additionally, in an 824 you need to enable it per phone (pgm 626).

In the TAW/TDA/TDE family, it has to be turned on (710/711/712), and the code for music is *7511 (0 turns it off).

In the TD series, you use program 803 to select a source or none.

Those are the most recent Panasonic systems. If it still doesn't work, post back with the exact model number of your system cabinet and I'll check if there's different instructions.
