A DVD was jammed in drive 2. We took off the lid and removed the DVD, but that didn't solve the problem. Now, when you turn the system on, drive 2 pops out and the screen reads INIT, then Please Wait...What do we do?

Hi! When I turn on me DVD-player it wrote me INIT, what does it mean?

disc one was jammed, so i opened the lid and removed it, i powered up the dvd player and pressed the disk check button, now all of the dvd drives opened and jammed, they wont go all the way in, and when i disconnect and re-power up all i get is the please wait message and i can't do or press anything else. please help!
