Apple Macintosh, and Microsoft Windows are two different Operating Systems. IF, I understand right you have downloaded photos from your camera to your MAC, then downloaded it to your external harddrive, (Western Digital Elements 320GB)
Correct? Now you are trying to upload the photos from the external harddrive to a Windows PC? Doesn't work that way. It's like someone speaking a foreign language to you, and expecting you to understand. Let me know if I have understood your problem correctly, so I or another expert, may provide a solution.

I have a macbook. My skype always worked perfectly in the past. Now my caller cannot see me. Why?

Hi,
Please make sure your system is updated and that you are using the latest version available of Skype for Mac.

Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements:
  • 1GHz Intel processor.
  • Mac OS X 10.5.8+.
  • 100 MB free disk space.
Make your self the question, what happen before it stop working?
An incorrect shut down?
Installed any apps?

I would also advise you to reset the System Management Controller SMC Intel based Macs

Mac keyboard not working through SV211KDVI on windows

Chances are that the distance between the keyboard & the PC computer is attenuating the signal of the keyboard below the threshold (or level) required for interfacing with the PC computer.

Perhaps a shorter KVM cable between the KVM unit & the PC computer could be helpful.

I had to change my mac pro with a new one so i had to back up my files i got a wd passport 500gb i backed it up . now i cant get it to put every thing back help???????

OY!
I am an IMac user, and although almost everything works reliably really well, there are a few issues. However, most of these can be resolved by accessing the Mac help resources. If you have registered with Apple, and are under warranty, you should be OK. I've found that they are able to help you resolve issues. If you are out of warranty, or an un-covered second user, it may be more difficult to resolve your problem. Worst case, you take your gear to an Apple center and get their techs to sort it out.
Did you use the Time Machine function to back up your stuff?
Alternatively, did you ask them to install your hard drive into the new system? (assuming it was a compatible swap) If you did the backuo manually, your system may not have restored your setup the way it was.
Although I hate being held hostage by Apple's superiority persona and related superior costs, their hardware and software has performed reliably. Their backup hardware is twice the cost of popular cheaper peripherals, but as I've said to other folks, with Apple, you know that you are getting hardware and software that has been tested and proven to work reliably with your host system. The reason I switched to Mac after 20+ PC years is that the PC hardware and software problematic issues have caused and cost me far more in terms of money, time and frustration than if I had gone with Mac in the beginning.
Please contact me if you need more help.

Your first line stated the obvious; the PC can run 2 cards, but the G4 cannot. The Mac, although a 'PC' has significant hardware differences with an IBM derrved PC.
