My Acer Aspire One D150 starts up to the "sorry for the inconvenience, start up in safe mode? w/ networking? w/ command prompt? or last good configuration. None work, sends me back to this page. Attempted to flash my bios, but it skips the bios screen and goes straight to that page. what do i do? Thank you

The system files for windows are corrupted which is why your not able to boot up into windows normally or thru safe mode.

You'll need to wipe out the drive and reinstall the operating system and reinstall the device drivers as well. If you have the system recovery cd and the operating system cd, you would use those.

Try to use the last known good configuration the issue should be fixed.. If afforadable try to get a external DVDdrive.. If not try to get one from friends.. Nothing is working.. call acer they will take your computer and reinstall the OS ....

My acer mini laptop is bringing up a menu with safe mode and safe mode with networking and safe mode with command prompt and it won't bring up my home screen no matter what i do i need help how do i fix it


If it brings you to this screen it should also have an option to start up with the last known configuration that worked. Have you tried this? The only other thing I can think of is to boot up into Safe Mode with Networking, which will allow you to still go online, and run Windows Update. Install everything it tells you to, except language packs, and see if that helps. What Operating System do you have?

Booting problem


You may have to boot from a CD and make a repair.
Once logged in the CD, choose repair option (Recovery Console), and type these three commands:
1) fixmbr (wait til it finishes)
2) fixboot (wait...)
3) CHKDSK (this will take longer than the previous two.
Your laptop may now boot normally. I think your laptop doesn't have an internal CD-ROM so you may use an external USB CD.

Acer aspire one not booting


your laptop has been turned off without shutting down. all your laptops registries are probably messed up. the easiest way to do is to reformat your computer or restore it to factory settings. unless you have some important files that you cant afford to lose.
