Question about Apple iPod touch
Theres nothing you can do, you will have to take it in a shop, so that it can be rebooted, and proof of purcuse

That is DUMB!
You just have to restore your ipod useing itunes.
Turn off your ipod.
Connect the USB lead while holding down ther home button and then it should turn on and go into recovery mode.
