My phone will not go to answer mode

If you have "set up" voice mail, you must have dialed a number to get there, like 165 or 500 or something. You have to tell the phone to forward calls to it. From the intercom, start with *7104 and the extension of the voice mail group plus #. There are 5 levels of Call Forwarding and 3 conditions. The *710x forwards both intercom and outside calls where 2 is ALL 3 is busy 4 is no answer and 5 is BUSY/NA. There's more, but these are the basic. Once you set it, the FWD/DND button acts as a toggle to turn it on and off.

If you're into punishment, try page 192 of the attached pdf. It explains all of the Call Forward and Do Not Disturb options, as well as all of the set operating instructions for a TDA system.

What is caller iq and voice enhancer and how do they work

caller iq(ID) is simply the number(or name is you have stored it) that displays when someone calls you.
It is a feature available on most phones incase you do want to hide your number from the person you are calling but also mind you that it is network supported which means that some network providers do not allow you to hide your number from people you call so you wont be able to make calls at all should you hide your caller ID.

Voice enhacer(s) also works in a way to improve your audibility when you is to improve or increase your mic volume or sensitivity when you make calls.
this feature is mostly not available on most handset. They mostly are made automatic to work in certain conditions.
An example is like this: you are in the market place and the noise is so much that the person you are talking to on the phone can hardly hear you..............with the manual voice enhancer you can tune your mic volume to increase your audibility, but then the automatic voice enhacer will adjust to the condition(realising it is a noisy one) and will increase the mic volume for better clearity in speech.

so having a phone with such functions you are assured of a good product.

Press the mute/program button, then press the caller ID-volume button to select handset setup. Next press caller ID-volume until you get to Default settings. Use the caller ID-volume button to select 1yes. This will return the phone to the factory settings and for took care of the blinking blue light, however you will loose any custom setting or numbers you entered.
