RCA Model 32V434T Ch. #ATC010A will no come on. You can hear a click when it is turned and the red indicater light blinks. If you push the menu button after awhile the red light will stay on and not blink. There is no sopund of static charg on the tube.

Model 32V434T Ch. #ATC010A will no come on. You can hear a click when it is turned and the red indicater light blinks. Eventually the red indicator light stays red. Tried unpluging set. Is it the EPROM ?
