Question about Performance Teknique ICBM-771 Car Audio Amplifier
I have a performance teknique PT500.2 amplifier, i want to know if this amplifier and the performance teknique icbm 771 are the same, i think so because they have similar specifications. i connected 2 sub jbl p1200 wich are 5ohms impedance. but the amplifier only give me 100WRMS per channel, the amplifier could give me 240 W RMS bridged in mono but i want to know if in serie connection (10ohms) it could damage any part of my sistem.
so what if i connect the subwoofers in paralel bridged plus one 1.5ohms resistance?

Look into competition lines of different manufacturers.... Massive Audio DMX, Soundstream, Atomic APX, Incriminator Audio Death Penalty Series, Kicker Solo X etc. In car audio, you have to pay to play. Dont expect a 100.00 subwoofer to take 2000W continuously.
Massive Audio offers a no questions asked warranty. Even covers blown voicecoils!
