Need voltage transformer for crosley mod. cr704c

Transformers are safety parts so you need to get only the one authorised by Crosley, so you need to contact them for a supplier of the part.

Heat will not work in dryer cleaned vent it was ok Crosley MOD BYCD3723W2 Serial MJ5202075 Type D433-NAT-1203003-FM22

I assume you have cleaned filter, look at rear of m/c and see if there is a red button, if there is, try pressing it. it may have overheated and cut out.
Other than that there are several possibilities for it not to heat, including faulty heater- faulty thermotat,-faulty timer.amongst others.
Hope this helps.

Crosley traveler turntable noise

Hello attaboy. You may need to check you ac cord if the noise is in turntable, radio, & cassettte mod. If it has a 3 prong plug than you are missing a GND connection, in the cord or inside the unit. If it has a 2 prong plug than take it back or open it up and replace filter capacitors or bridge rectifiers in units power supply.

Heating element in Crosley Clothes dryer

Before you replace the heating element, check the thermal fuse. All heaters have safety thermal fuse. This opens in case the thermostat fails. This is normally attached on or near the heating element, looks like diode. (When replacing, do not solder ! this will damage the fuse)

Dryer won't heat

Jess, the model number comes up as a Crosley electric dryer. Start first at the terminal block where the cord attaches. Should read 120V from each end to center and 240V across the two outer. If this is ok, check the thermal cut out, this will be the top limit switch on the heater housing. Should read closed. Ohm out the element itself with the wires off, should show continuity. You should have 240V across the terminals on timed dry. If that checks good, go to the motor harness. One leg of power to the element goes through that switch. Check that all the wires are intact in the harness and reseat it. Check these things back.
