printer keeps running. not stoping.

thx for reponse. putting paper in did not stop the printer from running.

i put paper in both spots and still running. what to do?

GuruIs there receipt paper in it? These will keep running untill paper is detected. There is usually a receipt on off option on these, you can turn it off. Let us know if it works or not
