Question about T-Mobile Sidekick® 3 Cellular Phone
After about 30 min. my sidekick will shut down and not come on until I charge it again. It also takes some tricky effort to get the charger to work properly. The repair center said they could not fix it. Can it be fixed or am I stuck with a paper weight? What is the web page to contact the manufacturer?
The Sidekick 3 has an issue with the charging port going bad. It sounds like your may be having this issue. That or your charger is going bad. You battery sounds like it may be an issue as well.
The charging port issue can be worked around by getting an cradel with a spare battery charger slot. An extra battery is a good idea as well. That way you can have one charging with the other one is in use. A new battery and a cradle charger go for about 30-40 dollars on ebay.

Well it is quite a persistent problem for all owners of this phone and my suggestion is to take it back to the shop because no1 really has a solution to fix it ( well at least i dont ! )
the only thing i can think of is the battery , it tends to break when the battery goes low and then it just shuts down! hope i helped bye .
