Question about GE Washing Machines
You will have to remove the front panel of the washer. then look on top of the motor. on top of the motor is a control board. whille the machine is turned on, you should see a flashing light located in the middle of the control board to the right. you will have to count how many time that light blinks.
once you have a count, gain access into the control console(where the timer is) by removing a few screws. in there you will find a tech sheet that will tell you what the blink count means. i bet you its the motor thats bad. its about $160.00
