The orficices in the unit are probably for natural gas the unit needs to be converted to run propane.

Unit keeps shutting off after a few seconds of turning it on. Plugged into wall outlet.

Never designed to work off a wall plugged in USB power brick. If the unit does not sense the OEM power cord or a PC through a USB cable it's a no-go.

Rectangular parallelepiped

That would depend on the bricks' third dimension. If each brick is 2 by 4 by 1, for example, then there would be 653,184 bricks. If each brick is 2 by 4 by 4 then there would be 163,296 bricks.

My mother has a 3 brick wall unit...two of the bricks burn with a blue flame now instead of the inferred...should she replace that wall unit?

Hopefully, Becca the unit won't have to be replaced at this time. It sounds like the burner(s) is clogged and and needs to be cleaned To do this, turn the pilot light OFF and allow the unit to cool. Remove the front of the heater cabinet to access all of the inside workings. Carefully remove the 3 ceramic plaques and set them aside, where they won't get broken.Using a vacuum cleaner that has a hose, brush attachment and crevice tool. Vacuum all of the interior of the heater that you can reach with the brush attachment and crevice tool. Then turn your attention to the burner(s), Vacuum them thoroughly using the brush attachment, then switch to the crevice tool attachment and vacuum all the little holes on the top of the burner(s) thoroughly. Before reassembling the heater, carefully vacuum the ceramic plaques on both sides using the brush attachment. Be careful not to drop them. Then reinstall the plaques and the front of the heater cabinet.
Light the pilot and allow it to burn for 2 minutes, before turning the control knob to ON. Watch the plaques and the flames to see that burn as they should after turning it ON.

If the above didn't solve the problem, depending on the age of the heater, it may be time to replace it.

I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

I bought a board game called knock out by Milton Bradley. There were no instructions on how to play. Do you know the rules on how to play?

The wiki for the game has the rules ill post them here for convenience:

Before the game begins, a wall of 24 bricks (plus one "Knockout" brick) is constructed. A template is provided to assist where the bricks should be placed in the wall. These bricks can be 1, 2, or, 3 blocks wide. The bricks are made of clear colored plastic. The 25th brick, also known as the "Knockout" brick (colored solid black in the Milton Bradley version and solid blue in the Hasbro version) is three blocks wide, and is placed on the top of the wall, directly in the middle. The template shows exactly where to place this brick as well.

Players first must roll a special die that has four colors on it and two stars. If a color is rolled, the player must knock out a brick of that color, out of the wall. If the player rolls a star, the player may knock out any brick they wish (with a few exceptions, see below). Players take turns using a motorized hammer known as the "Rammer Hammer", in an attempt to knock out the specified brick out of the wall, without making the wall collapse, OR making the "Knockout" brick fall off the wall. If a player is successful in knocking out the brick, without the wall collapsing, or the "Knockout" brick falling off the wall, they must put the brick back, on the top of the wall. Each player thereafter must accomplish the same task.

The rules for hammering are:

  • A player cannot touch the wall in any way, except with the hammer
  • Once you begin to hammer a brick out of the wall, a player cannot change their mind, even if it becomes obvious that hammering the brick any further will make the wall collapse.
  • A player cannot hammer any brick on the same row or a row higher than the "Knockout" brick

A player is allowed an attempt to make the wall more stable by using the hammer to stabilize the wall before they commit to hammering out a brick, but once a player starts to hammer a brick out of the wall, they can not change their mind.

If at any time during a player's turn, the wall collapses, or the "Knockout" brick falls off the wall, that player is eliminated from the game, the wall is rebuilt, and play starts again with the next player in line.

If only one player remains, they win the game.

I have three Kozy World wall heaters. Two work just fine - the bricks turn red after the heater has been on for a while. The third one always burns blue and the flames 'lick' the top of the inside of the...

Yes, it sounds like the third heater has a Control Valve problem. It's allowing more gas into the system than what it's supposed too. Have you tried turning the flames down to a lower setting? If so, did it lower the flame height? How old is this heater and is cleaned and serviced at least annually? Are you using Natural Gas or Propane?

Please get back to me with the answers to the above questions and I may can help you.

Thanks,

The power brick on my xbox 360 is red and is not overheating yet i smaell burning plastic from my xbox 360 console anyone have any tips?

A red light on the xbox 360 power brick usually indicates the Xbox 360 console has a short circuit. Here is how to be sure:

1. Try unplugging the power brick from the wall and from the xbox 360.
2. Wait about 30 seconds and plug the power brick into the wall power outlet.
3. Make sure the indicator light on the power brick is orange. ( If it's not orange then get yourself a new power brick and try again ).
4. Plug the power brick into the Xbox 360 console and try to power it on.
If your power brick turns red or you get an immediate three red ring error than you will need to have the console professionally repaired.
If your warranty with Microsoft has expired; the company I work for GATpro Repairs offers this service at a low flat rate and we pay for the return shipping.
Good Luck and I hope this has helped!

My power brick light is yellow until i turn on the console then it turns red. whats wrong?

The power supply turns red when it detects a fault such as the power supply has to much current, the voltage is too high or the temperature of the unit is too high.

A few ways to trouble shoot this would be .

1. make sure the power supply is cool
2. try plugging the supply directly into the wall instead of a surge protector ,
3. if that doesnt work call 1800 4 MYXBOX and get a new power supply.

MIDI Ionic Breeze quit working

Unit seems to need reset...To do this simply, with unit still plugged in, set to off by selecting on button until there are no high, med, or low lights on. unplug unit from wall for about 15 seconds then plug back into wall socket and select your favorite setting high, med. or low. The order in which you perform this task must be as stated above and the unit must be clean and the door and cleaning rod must be in home position. Hope this helps, mines working fine now but took a couple tries to find right order to reset.

the first thing I would do is pull it apart and give the bricks a good cleaning with a wire brush to get any soot off. If they are broken beyond the point of replaceing them in the unit you will need new bricks.

Perform a semi-full reset on the all-in-one by following the steps below
1
Take out the cartridges from the unit .
2
Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.
3
Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
4
Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .
5
Do not release the keys after a few seconds u will find the hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.
6
after one minute turn on the prnter . it will go into alligment phase > let it finish .
7
after its done > try to make a copy .

8 Allow the all-in-one to re-initialize. This may take a minute or two.
9 If prompts appear in the all-in-one display to set the front panel language and country settings, perform the steps to set this information.

Let me know if this helps.
If it doesn't, I will research it further. If it does please rate it.
