Laptop hinges can be easily replaced by a technician. Should not take more than an hour to remove the screen and replace the LCD hinge. Parts usually cost about $50 depending on the model.

hey Buddy Follw this Link it with Help u remove the LCD of ur 1525 and put it back its a Step by Step instruction.well we dont knw how Flexible r u with system.but if u r compleatly new with the system

unlikely that its still under warranty, but you can check the warranty status at support.dell.com
you may also find parts lists on their website. The plastic bezels on laptops aren't very hard to replace.
