Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
First, pull the battery out while the BlackBerry Pearl is turned ON.
Leave the battery out for 5 minutes and then put it back on.
If same problem occur, contact the manufacturer and have them reload the OS/firmware on your phone.
That is the only solution. Thank you!
