Question about HP vs19 (Silver) 19" LCD Monitor
I repair one and i'm totally novice in electronic ... look if some condensators are inflated and try to change it ... it is not very complicated with a little soldering iron ... i repair 2 monitor like that without testing anything it is often condensators i think (u can find some in old motherboard card) .... if it doesn't run ... matter is more important and you probably win time to change your monitor ... good luck ;-)
