Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
If Media Player opens but does not play the video or audio, check the right pane of the media player window if there is an "X" before the name of the file. Click it and select error details. It should lead you to a window which can lead you to a web help. Depending on the player nature of the problem it may require you to download codecs from a site which should make the player work. However not all may run on Media Player. You may have to install a 3rd party software such as VLC for most video file or real time player for real media or .rmv files.
