MP3 Player

I have a Diamond DSM908-256-03 MP3 Player. I can not find anything out about it online. I can't even find a Diamond manufacturer of MP3 Players. It continuously freezes up, and I have just deleted all the songs on it, but now it even freezes when I transfer songs to it. I think I either need to reload or update the firmware, but can't find ANY. Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I have 2 with the same issue and they belong to my kids.

I have the same issue...I was just trying to delete and add songs to my roomies MP3 player, and it froze, and won't let me do anything but record stuff on it. That, and it wasn't showing all the songs that she had on it, just some of them...it's rather annoying, and any help would be appreciated.
