Question about HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Initially, a "CARRIAGE JAM" as the term implies is a condition where the bed/carrier of the printheads and in most cases the ink cartridges could not move normally left to right (or the other way around), it is stuck. In most cases, this is after a paper jam and HP has posted information here.
or the printer thinks it is stuck...
