Question about Samsung J700 Cellular Phone
At my shop we see water damage daily and the outcome is about %75 - %80 fixable. The phone will have to be completely disassembled and cleaned and sometimes small components replaced. I recommend you get the phone to your local repair shop asap. The longer the moisture is in the phone the more damage it will do. You can put the phone in a sealed container full of uncooked rice until you can get it there. This will absorb some of the moisture because rice acts like a desiccant.
