Yes, there are fuses in TV's but fuses don't blow up without a reason.

Samsung LN40B500P3FXZA TV has no power. Replaced bad 3.1A fuse but it blew again when attempting to power on. No obvious bad components (blown capacitors). 6.3A fuse is still good.

Since that I have not schematic diagram of your tv... I cannot figured you out the exact part number of those components that caused the problem, but the possible reason why the fuse are always blown when you turned on the unit? because there are some bad filter capacitor, rectifier diodes and power IC regulator in primary power circuit section.

40 amp. fuse keeps blowing out on 2008 harley

You have a short. Check the insulation on all wiring that carries + voltage - possible that some wire may have lost insulation and is abutting some metal part shorting it out.

Bad storm, lightening strike outside then TV went off and will not come back on.

I would start with your power supply. If you took a surge it is possible that you only blew a fuse. If it is a blown fuse, make sure you only use the same type fuse.

Blew fuse, replaced it,turned it on and fuse blew.... options?

There is something wrong inside that is causing the fuse to blow. The fuse is the first defense in protecting the rest of the TV. The internal voltage regulator could be bad which is causing the internal power adapter to send too much voltage and current to the rest of the tv. The fuse responds to current going through it than what it is rated for.

With that in mind be sure to not stick in a bigger fuse as it could cause the tv to work for a while until something else gets damaged or the tv smokes.

Oki television does not turn on

Hello.

Yes it is possible that something blew the fuse. If you have the fuse replaced, and it blow's again, then something in the power supply is shorted, causing the fuse to blow. Your best bet is bring it to a shop that gives free estimates. Just make sure that it is a reliable shop. Hope this helps. Ron

No blower for heater 1993 nissan altima

It is very possible you blew a fuse. There are two 15 amp fuses for the blower motor, make sure you check both of them.

The tv blew while watching it.

if its under warranty take it back is the easiest way possible to solve the problem if not check the fuses inside the tv if you know what your doing I dont want you to fry yourself if the fuse(s) are ok its probably the main transformer.

Will not turn on.

If the TV is blowing the fuse in your house, It looks like a component in the power supply is shorted.
To fix the TV, you will need to buy a new power supply module or get the one inside the TV fixed.
Good Luck.
