Go in the setup screen > in hardware section> select "USB printer" to open drawer . ------ if this does not helps then you will haVE to remove each and every external connection and reconnect it again and check out.if that also does not helps then reconfigure the system again. if reconfiguring is not helping or if you are not able to reconfigure you can directly contact the pos SOFTWARE PRODUCT service center just by clicking on this link http://posnation.com/pos_support This will help.
