The panel is bad. If it's still under warranty have it repaired, if not, replace it. The cost of the parts alone will exceed the cost of the TV at current pricing as well as locating the parts. Sorry for the bad news! It seems as though our electronics are becoming truly disposable when replacement parts are all but impossible to find.

This would be caused by a bad HD driver board.

1. you can repair or replace the driver board/
2. check for any swollen capacitors
3. Replace bad or swollen capacitors

you can purchase a new HD driver board from www.partstore.com.

The number is on the old part it is product line specific meaning not all hd driver board fit your model but you can place a call to the manufacture give theyour model number and serial number with those two pieces of information they will give you a OEM part number that we just do not got on file.

sorry to further inconvenience you at this time as this part number I currently do not have for your model.

    Jason.

Try Decoder board, see people call it so many different names its not funny. Then I get cough up in the techno lan go passing the words on.

People call it Decoder,Hd driver, and other non sense what it is a board connected to the display that drives the signal to it from the tuner. Now in rare cases the tuner is a part of the decoder so keep that in mind also.

Thanks for your reply and I do hope you find it!!!

Again if this information helps make sure you press the accept button or reply back to me Thanks.

Horizontal lines on Screen

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!

Clearly shows problem in deflection area both horizontal and vertical section. Horizontal lines is due to vertical section problem and making bbzzzz is due to horizontal output transistor short and sometimes LOT SHORT.

You have whats called a verticle swep falure. Its probably just the verticle output IC but if you dont know much about soldering or circuit troubleshooting ,you should leave this to the pros. Theres way to much Hi voltage inside these sets to twiddle around inside them. Also there are no consumer serviceable parts inside these sets as well, as they are all solid state, and my advice is spend a few bucks and get a pro to do this job for ya, as it can, and will, kill ya if your not careful.. Is it worth saving a few bucks??? Naawww Call a pro.. Good Luck
