Question about Panasonic Toughbook CF-27 Notebook
You have to remove the internal battery. These are usually found under the keyboard. First you want to remove the external battery and make sure the laptop is not plugged in. Unless you have experience disassemblying laptops, I would recommend that you take it to a local computer shop.

Well it depends .how much they will charge you for this..u can take it to geek squad,or any other..because this is something that a tech guy shud do,we need to remove the keyboard and underneath it on the motherboard there is a small battery that we need to remove, I THINK UNDER $50 - $100 it would be done as there is no repair needed & nothing has gone bad...I HOPE I HELPEDYOU WITH THIS..
