Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
Sounds like you have something stuck in the pump, or you have a bad pump. If you take the drain hose and lower it to the ground, it should let the water out of the machine (use a bucket to catch the water, or if there is a floor drain available nearby, that will work too). If the water pours out freely, you most likely have a bad pump, if the water is slow to drain, or not draining at all, you have something stuck in the pump. If the water will not drain thru the hose, use a shop vac to get it out of the tub because when you pull the pump and hoses out, it will be a big mess. Hope this helps, if you need further assistance, let me know.
