I have an Acer laptop and am running Vista OS. The last week I have not been able to view the drop down menus. When I get to a box that says ''select'', then click on the down arrow on the right side, it opens and closes so quickly that I can't read nor click on the selections. Can you help me? Mary Beth

This is the official driver page for your laptop, if you have windows xp, then use the drop down menu under the XP section for the graphics driver.
If Vista/win7 then get the driver from the drop down menu under the Vista section. Note though that Windows7 is not officially supported.
If you are running windows, you can open up your control pannel (in classic mode...easier) then double click the icon named "Regional and Language options" (Which if your OS is in Japanese and can't understand the words, it's the icon with the picture of the world, and a clock.) Double click on that icon, then the first drop down menu has all the languages your OS supports.
You can make it in Frintpage or DreamWeaver or maybe manually in HTML.Check these links for each one:
Making Drop-down menu in HTML:
Making Drop-Down menu by Frontpage:
Making Drop-Sown menu by Dreamweaver:
You can Also create it by CSS coding:
Click on Data (Top menu), Choose Filter from the drop down list, Choose
Auto filter from the shown list. Now you get filter list on each
column. Choose the filter condition on the column(s) you want and the
data get filtered based on the condition you have given.
The quickest and easiest way is to go to the data menu and choose filter and then autofilter. This will allow drop downs on all columns which can be picked to filter one or more columns. Custom in the drop down list will give you further options.
Get VueScan I am using my 640U under vista 64bit. Tried other methods like trying to get the xp driver to work but never had any success. Had it up and running with in minutes with this, and it supports alot of older scanners.
