Every time i turn on the 22 lcd technika tv the screen flashes up normal then the screen goes off and can't see anything

Is the bulb still lit? Have you checked power to the ballast with a volt meter to see if power is going to bulb and ballast? You can check power coming from power supply or high voltage transformer to the main board with a voltmeter as well. You could likely have bad capacitor or transformer but those will need to be tested with an ohmmeter in the ohm setting to check for continuity
