Reset the settings to factory default. make sure that if you are using the computer that you are on vga, not composite. if it doesn't get any better, check the lamp for bulges, black spots, or fogging; replace if necessary. if all that is ok, you may have fried polarizer filters on one or more of the lcd panels due to excessive dust and heat. if that is the case, you'll need to replace the entire optical engine.
