Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Ok, Connect your MP3 player to your PC then if the computer recognize it then I recommend a "Firmware Update". link to firmware update for Rio Sport S35S Windows Version http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/downloads/RioS/RioSSeries_firmware_203.exe Mac OS Version http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/downloads/RioS/RioSxx_firmware-mac_203.sitx If it doesn't work. Then there is a hardware problem in your Rio, maybe the BIOS ROM went bad. Good Luck
