The first thing to do is replace the battery in the remote, if it still doesn't respond you may need the remote programmed again.

My remote won't set to the tv I tried pressing the set button and it didn't work then I replaced the batteries to see if that would work but it didn't and now I don't know what to do please...

You might have a cellphone with camera option. Set the cellphone co cemera mode, and place the remote control at about 1 feet away from its camera lens, and press each button on your remote control. Remote control emits infrared rys as we press each button, but can't be detected by human eye. Electronic cameras can detect it. If there is any infrared ray emission from your remote control you will see its image on the camera screen for each button press to your remote control. If there is image and still the Tv doesn't respond to it, The TVs' infrared snsor inside has damaged and should be replaced. If there isn't any image; check the battery contacts of the remote battery compartment first. Clean these contacts by using a piece of corborandum paper or with the tip of a razor blade. Improper battery contacts, due to rust and dust to these contacts will prevent the battery supply voltage to enter into the remote contro.
Still it doesn't work at all, the remote control is damged and should be replaced. Contact the nearest Vizio Authorised Service Cente fro original remote control. OK.

My tv show is stuck in the pause position it does not respond to any command. How do I exit from pause?

Hi the first thing I would recommend is to change the batteries of the remote control you are using. If that doesn't work make sure the remote is in range of tv or set top box.

Junkers WR18-2B very close to Bosh GWH 1600H-NG does not ignite. Sparks are there, gas is flowing, once ignited it keeps firing but it doesn't start automatically. My Junkers WR18-2B does not ignite automatically. Please note that this water heater does not have a turbine like the Bosh GWH 1600H but it gets power from a couple of D alkaline batteries. Apart from this, they are identical. Symptom: when the water starts to flow, the water sensor works correctly and starts letting the batteries providing power to the electrode. The sparks can be seen and heard. The sparks form between the electrode and the small spiral at the end of the pilot burner tube. The pilot burner gas valve is working because I noticed that it is possible to ignite the gas just out of the valve and before the start of the pilot burner tube. If I try to ignite with a match, warming the thermo sensor, the led light at the bottom lights up and the main gas valve opens, providing gas to the main burner which is fully ignited. At this point it's possible to take a shower, until the water is close and then... a new match is required. I'm puzzled because I'm not getting what is wrong. The electrode is providing sparks. The pilot burner gas valve is providing gas. The thermo sensor is able to detect the fire once that the main burner is ignited. The only thing that is not happening is the pilot burner flame to ignite in the right place. So, what's next? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot, regards
